How to Renew Your Subscription

Paying via eSewa App:

1 Open your eSewa app on your mobile phone.
2 Select "Internet" from the bill payment services menu.
3 Type and select "Interweb Network".
4 Enter your Subscriber Username / Registered Mobile Number.
5 Select your plan duration (1M, 3M, 6M, 1 Year) and tap Confirm.

All Banking Apps

Paying via Mobile Banking / QR:

1 Open your favorite mobile banking app (Nabil, NIC Asia, Global IME, etc.).
2 Tap on "Scan to Pay" / QR Code.
3 Scan our official Interweb Network QR available at our Talchowk counter or invoice.
4 Enter the exact package amount (e.g. Rs. 8,000 / 9,000 / 10,000).
5 In the Remarks field, write your Subscriber Name and Phone Number.

Quick checks to resolve common connection bottlenecks.

Check PON & LOS Lights

• PON Solid Green: Optical fiber signal is healthy.
• LOS Flashing Red: Optical fiber signal interrupted. Call our helpline immediately.
• LAN / WLAN Blinking: Normal data activity.

30-Second Power Cycle

Unplug the optical router power adapter from the wall socket. Wait 30 seconds to clear device cache, then plug back in. Allow 2 minutes for optical lights to turn solid green.

Switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi

To reach full 70 to 100 Mbps bandwidth without interference, connect 5G-capable devices to the "Interweb_5G" Wi-Fi SSID when in proximity to the router.
